Amazing. Outstanding service. Gorgeous rooms. Don't leave without a spa treatment and a leisurely afternoon spent in The Grotto.

Grotto: go during the week. It's cheaper and grotto is open Monday through Thursday. The hot tubs and saunas and EXFOLIATION BAR are amazing!!!

The Cigar Bar inside of The Elms is a nice dark relaxing atmosphere. Nice selection of cigars. And is of course smoker friendly, Like all bars in Excelsior. Thank you for keeping anti smoking laws out

Get a spa treatment and be sure to leave plenty if time to lounge in the grotto. Grand old hotel with modern amenities.

We got a suite - it looks like an old run down house. Colors are drab and outdated. For just being renovated it looks really sad.

If we were not with a wedding party we would have gone elsewhere. On person in our party had to be moved due to water leaking into her room.

Horrible. We were not told that the kitchen was closed, pool closed, spa closed...Elms Resort and SPA.
