Mark B6월 22, 2017Very nice hotel. Great lobby and rooms are very comfortable. Nicely decorated and clean. A little pricey but worth it due to location just outside Grand Canyon. The steakhouse is good as well.

The lobby offers snacks and drinks (water, coffee, etc) at different times of the day.- Petra Lynch6월 6, 2017The restaurant has a banjo player that is amazing and refreshingly kid friendly. Our 6 year old had multiple requests for him and he sang all of them and let us take a picture with him

Great experience with the concierge. Joe hooked up up with an awesome jeep tour. Go with "The Original Grand Canyon Jeep Tours", a little more expensive, but Scott rocks!!

- Like all things Grand Canyon, it is crazy expensive for what you get. That said, the staff were friendly and it is nice to be so close to the park.

Heather Malenshek6월 5, 2010The Concierge Joe is a jerk. Rude, unhelpful and he lost a big sale as a result. Never judge a book by it's cover Joe. I may have tattoos and ride a Harley but doesn't give you the right to be rude
