Pablo Alvarez4월 14, 2019This is the best hotel in Midtown. True NYC ambiance the second you walk in the lively, elegant lobby. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are clean and beds are super comfortable! Stay no place else.

Very good and affordable Marriott in midtown. $10 quality breakfast right downstairs and Starbucks attached!!!
Cristina Dimou12월 30, 2013So far the staff isn't friendly. Nobody greets you except when your at the elite marriott front desk. Room service for 2 a burger and chicken fingers no drinks and a sm soup 77bucks. Decorated nicely
good hotel to stay for a week.. no more. Jerry Darko12월 7, 2015This is the worst "luxury" hotel in the world. Tiny rooms, no room service, fridge, minibar, cups, anything. Holiday Inns are better. Stay away unless u want to eat pizza delivery on plastic plates.

Delon6월 28, 2015Tiny hallow rooms. They revamped it maybe in the last few years but cheap. You can hear conversations next door. We had friends meet us and neighbors complained so many times we weren't loud at all.
Nuno Pereira2월 9, 2018Great location, we stayed in the 26th floor, some terrible water noises but cool room- In room internet is ridiculously priced - there's free wifi in the lobby area, enjoy it from the meeting area on the second floor!
Ask for a non- smoker room. The bath is old but well mantained... The bed is huge!!!
Avoid any room near the elevators. They are so noisy. Especially 2801 - nice large room but you hear rumbling of the elevators all night long.

bed can fit three adults! don't listen to cynthia b , clean bathroom, nice sized rooms

Sara10월 11, 2010Raffles is a great place to grab a late-night cup of coffee when Starbuck's is closed. They are open til midnight!
Wifi connection is bad - keeps breaking on and off. Use the LAN connection, it's more stable.
