    They won't let you buy a drink at Whiskey Blue and take it into the W living room. Annoying.

    Rooms are small but cozy (no upgrades for SPG Gold). Wi-fi signal is horrible and constantly loggs off. Expected more from a W Hotel...

    The bar downstairs suck cause they won't let you bring in a drink for the W Hotel.

    Not sure if all rooms are this small but my room is far and away the smallest room I've ever stayed in NYC. Disappointing

    This hotel kinda sucks. Rooms are dark and tiny. Elevators barely or dont work and the staff is downright rude.

    Probably the worst W I've stayed at, but the brand has a high bar. The price is very reasonable for NYC, so you get what you pay for.
