Not a bad loft building. However the floors are not sealed so your upstairs and downstairs neighbors can hear everything. The staff is really nice and maintenance fixes things really quickly!
Facing Stephanos.. u get a tasty yummy scent of great food. Also you can only get directtv
It doesn't have all the amenities of a standard gym, but if you're creative it'll work just fine. You're other option is The Fitness Factory@ $50/mo.
Actually the building is 99% apartments 1% gym facility. Idk who marked it as a gym. But they must not live here
