One of the best studios in the area. Beautiful space and nice variety of power yoga classes. Courtney is amazing for advanced levels. Go for Cindy for something physically challenging.
Come try one of the Yoga Classes I lead on Sundays at 9 am and Fridays at Noon.
Yoga with music, BIG, Will Smith, Van Morrison... Always seems to keep me focused.
Go to Nicole's reboot on Wednesdays at 7:45p. Really is a treat
if you're into pop music yoga, where the instructor is on a microphone & there are 100 people in the class...this place is for you. Otherwise, find somewhere else to go.
