service and amenities were solid. limited dining within the hotel due to renovations.. skip the room service and walk a bit outside the hotel for some great dining options (e.g., seven lamps)

Free shuttle service most of the day/night. Great service and very convenient to get to restaurants, bars, and other Buckhead locations. Exit the motor lobby and ask the valet if you need a ride.

Ladies - use valet parking for safety"s sake. The parking garage looks like it was laid out by the set designer from the movie Hostel. No joke - don't do it.

Forget breakfast at the Palm - dreadful. Go for room service - excellent.

Stay on the 21 or 22nd floor (concierge lounge w/ free water, snacks, bkfst). 6th floor is the gym & pool - smells like chlorine - avoid.

Some of the rudest employees I have ever encountered staying at the Westin. Not sure if it was just a bad day for a few staff, however, I will not be coming back to this location,
