Lovely hotel in a great location. Very friendly front desk and bar staff.
Not quite as elegant as grand central is serves its purpose in terms of convenience. Make sure you validate your card before getting on a platform.
Amazing food, good micro brews and wines and great service (albeit VERY German!).
Used to be a great place to get bacon mac and cheese in NYC, so happy to see it retains some of the same ethos.
Great food, decent drink (vanilla vodka in the sangria though?), and good service. I recommend and I will go back.
Lovely hotel, great location, just not very competent staff (esp. bag handlers). Still I got a ride to the airport in a Maybach because they misplaced mine, so.,,
If you can choose seats sit in the mid sections as getting out can be a real pain!
Must be a reason why it’s so popular - and there are several, starting with the service, the drinks and of course the food!
