- Beth Johnson8월 18, 2013Stand up paddleboarding is a great way to see the inlet & all the beautiful wildlife! Check the tides before you go, we got caught at low tide, had to board out into the gulf & carry the boards back!
- Jennifer6월 4, 2014Park at the far end of the parking lot and make a left at the end of the ramp. Walk about a quarter of a mile and there is the biggest white sandy beach I've ever seen.
- Marcia Mandel5월 23, 2012You Can cross the inlet to get to the beach but you can also9 walk to the left about 1/2 mile to avoid crossing it. Be sure to see all the nesting and visiting shorebirds!
- Tabitha Myler4월 10, 2017Neat to walk across the inlet to even more sandy beaches. Lots do to; rent fishing eqipment, paddle boards, water trikes, kayaks, concession stand and bathrooms.
- denmas dj5월 9, 2014Prepare 8 usd for parking fee if you don't have beach park sticker, and park in the additional parking area if you want to easier / closer access walk to the beach..
- Kathy Smith1월 17, 2019My husband and I were there today had a great day.Packed up left and then realized I had not taken my Fidbit off of our sheet before we shook it out.I want to thank whoever turned it in. thanks .Kathy
- Dean10월 13, 2014The lagoon side is muddy and dirty, just wet compacted mud and sand, not suitable for families. Drive to the far end of parking lot near high rises and head onto Gulf side of beach instead.
- Tigertail is not on the gulf side. Tigertail is the beach immediately after crossing the bridges from the parking lot.
- Rob Wrate7월 2, 2014Stay to the left on sandy trail, to get to the beach. No squishy mucky water to wade thru.
- Emma McTague6월 6, 2017A bit of a walk to get to the beach but it's beautiful and long, so never feels too crowded
- Theresa Arci5월 6, 2010Come to a unique estuary beach area. Bring your stamina it is a distance to the water walking, but worth the exerience.
- Amy7월 8, 2013Apparently, you have to wade across the waist-chest high lagoon to get to Tigertail Beach but the water was so mucky that we didn't bother. We just watched the birds & fish for a bit & left.
- Lauren Colby8월 8, 2011Go when the tide is out in the morning, don't go at dusk, you will get eaten alive!
