An amazing kick ass workout with the best set of trainers. You will be dripping sweat!
To be clear, this isn't a gym... it's a club. Stick in it long enough and you'll feel like you're with family. I couldn't recommend a better place to get fit.
Everyone has their own routine... but it all winds up kicking my a$$ when I leave!
