While I know many choose to use their phones for business in the West Wing. However, the volume that people are using with them is a bit excessive. That North reading room needs to be expanded.
Love the kids area, they have computers with games for all ages..and play areas.

In the help desk and reference area, they have a collection of all the major e-readers for you to try out.
