- Claudia Barrios2월 5, 2014If you're a student on a budget this is a great place to do some studying or research while enjoying a $2.05 medium dark coffee from Balzacs. They have a great selection of regular coffee.
- I like this library. The atmosphere, availability of information. They can improve customer service. But what can you expect from some of these public servants?

- This is Toronto Public Library’s main location. Lots of seating, a Balzac’s location on the main floor but heads up: it’s a reference library, so none of the books here can be checked out.좋아요 - Feb 4
- Nate Folkert8월 28, 2018ride up the glass elevators to the fifth floor balcony to get a view of the architecture from above
- It opens early in a morning. There is crowded with people who is students after 1 or 2 on a weekday. I recommend as a mayor you should come early before 12, if you want to seat and feel comfirtable.
- Humberto Ribeiro de Souza7월 2, 2019Amazing source of resources, paper and digital books. The Reference Library also hosts laboratories and events in a variety of subjects, ranging from newcommers support to Big Data and thematic movies
- Alex Palmer10월 9, 2019Absolutely gorgeous architecture (inside the building, not outside) and an amazing atmosphere with plenty of natural light!
- Masahiro1월 31, 2017This huge library can't borrow books. Just reference library. But so quiet spot. 日本にもおいてくれよというほど大きな図書館。ただし、閲覧のみの図書館。3D プリンター や Mac Pro も使えます。なお、1st floor にはカフェあり
- Chris R (thechristophe)12월 17, 2015Great spot for a break from the city. Free WiFi, loads of space to sit and read. Plenty of sockets.
- Pierre Nick2월 27, 2015Great place to be work. Top floor by the windows offers extra silence at the cost of a weaker wifi signal.
- Morty5월 26, 20173rd floor, 3 desks (no power outlets though) hidden behind the open auditorium area on the south side; 'private' glass offices that can be reserved on 2nd, 3rd, 4th floors
- Gustavo Asenjo2월 28, 2015Unfortunately the wifi signal is weak (not all the time though). Bring your earphones, some people do not know how to be on silence! The infrastructure is cool!
- Evan Andrew7월 22, 2019So many free resources and activities! I've probably only scratched the surface! Could have better weekend hours....
- Gift shop now open! Books, notebooks, T-shirts and other great swag.
- May Li6월 25, 2010The only place to work in this library is on the fourth floor by the windows. Incredible view. Be aware the Internet firewalls external e-mail. No hope for GroupWise users.
- Lee P.3월 16, 2013The free WiFi is nice here when it works. If you have a smartphone you can tether for a more reliable connection! :)
- Jared Bond4월 9, 2011Free wifi makes this the best place to work on an essay. Great amount of tables and wall outlets as well.
- Lears Fool4월 22, 2016Walk up to the 5th floor and quietly become Sherlock Holmes in the Sir Arthur Conan Doyle room.
- Maria C4월 30, 2011I feel like I've walked into a museum every time. Love the feeling of looking up and seeing all the floors coiling up
- Pro Tip: wifi is best on the 1st and 2nd floors, anything above is a crap shoot at best.
- If you are interested in nanotechnology, you wont find too many books about it))
- Make this your primary coding location for a software startup. Free wifi (bit slow in the afternoon, admitedly)- lots of reference material, right next to Starbucks, Tim Hortons. Code Code Code.
- You'd think this library were the amusement park w. the hoard of ppl outside each morning waiting for it's opening.
- Audley Stephenson10월 1, 2010The renovations means that you have to walk a bit further north to get in but I'm it'll be worth it when its all done.
