They finished the 10,000 and 20,000 mile check ups for my "gas-guzzling" 2011 Prius IV on time. They also have handmade inexpensive sandwichs ($3.00) and snack/dessert area (banana bread $1.00) area.

Toyota dealerships...all the same...play them off eachother, dont be in a hurry, be willing to walk away, bring the young kids, buy at the end of the month from a top sales guy not a rookie...

I love Greg on the Gold team. He is funny and engaging as well as knowledgeable and not too pushy.

They have WiFi here. Seems like an easy perk but not all dealerships have it.

Worst dealership in Seattle area. Run from it as hell!!!!
