Excellent service & facilities. Breakfast is awesome. Complimentary buggy rides to/fro KLCC. Can accrue Enrich points here too.

Dont believe them when they say you can check in now (early), as their definition of 'now' is 2 hrs later. Haha
They are bringing a new generation, youthful, energetic yet professional youngster to work here.. share your experience with the staff..
Golf cars is available from to suria mall and twins towers if u are guest here.

Traders hotel check in is at level 5. Always packed. Should reduce Que waiting time

A good place to stay while on a business trip, but the service lacks a personal touch and the hotel is best avoided by honeymooners.
4/5 satisfactory only. Housekeeping dont clean the whole room, old mugs n teabags were not replaced.. Had a lot of miscommunication with the staffs despite speaking in both Malay and english.

Room 2423 smells like cigarette smoke. Pretty sure the room was rated as non-smoking room.
