"About 5 months ago Joey (trainer) contacted me and stated I needed to check out this new gym where he was training. I have been divorced for about 2 years now and during that time the stress took a heavy toll on me mentally and physically. To state I was out of shape was an understatement; I was weighing 285lbs. I initially was reluctant hitting the gym in uptown with the way I looked and with the shape I was in. When I first visited Trophy Fitness, the staff was absolutely amazing. They were extremely courteous and they seemed to be truly excited for me in regards to getting back in shape. Joey put me on a great dietary plan that included structured and scheduled meals that fit my daily routine. Training with Joey has been great! It has been about 5 months now, and I have lost over 75lbs!! I feel that my journey so far has been shared with the members at the gym, all the trainers and the staff. It is amazing the type of people that work-out here. Everyone has been extremely supportive and complimentary to the hard work I have put in at Trophy. To say that Joey and Trophy Fitness have changed my life would be an understatement. I am truly a blessed member of this gym and will continue to be for years to come."

"Finally after many years of switching from one major chain to another I have found the gym for me. The quality of Trophy Fitness, from the state of the art equipment and friendly staff, to the dedication from their personal trainers , I have achieved my goals and have now been a members for over nine years and am still using my personal trainer 3 days a week. I will never use another gym again."

"I've been a member of [Trophy Fitness Club Downtown] for a little over 3 years. As a working mother of three sons, trying to find the time to workout has been my biggest challenge. [Trophy] has been perfect answer for me. Because of the location, I'm able to walk over to the gym everyday at lunch and fit in my workouts. While the gym is contemporary in its decor, it still has a community feeling to it. The staff members are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. I feel very comfortable asking them questions and trust their knowledge and expertise when it comes to fitness. I would highly recommend [Trophy Fitness] to anyone!"

"My experience working out at [Trophy Fitness Downtown] has been wonderful. I was at the same facility downtown for 19 years and was hesitant to change but it has been the best decision! I have a new attitude about working out and the environment there is stimulating. The music is very invigorating and the equipment, dressing room and restrooms are clean. The lighting is very effective too. I have told many co-workers and clients about working out there because I am so excited! Jonathon Spencer, the General Manager, made the transition easy and he makes you feel very at home and welcome when you walk in. Also it is great to see the owner on the property and participating in the operation of the facility. Talk to Jonathon about the 7-day free trial and see what PULSE can offer you! "

This new daily routine put on the white boards by Trophy are a godsend. I'm only 2 weeks in, but the duration (takes me no more than 40 minutes to complete) and the intensity (mixture of strength and aerobics on the "Strength Training" side of the board) proved perfect for me to get back into things. And Trophy employees and trainers always provided help when I didn't understand how to do a particular exercise! Yes, I was sore the first week, but not so much that I didn't want to come back the next day. And one of the best parts is that I don't have to THINK about what to do; the program's designer (s) have done that for me taking into consideration well-rounded, long-term goals that don't find me bored or experiencing 'plateaus' (I know, it's only been 2 weeks, but the exercises are different every day) . The exercises push me and keep my heart rate up with its aerobic (and core!) exercises. They also address strengthening needs (I just want to keep my strength up and tone, I'm WAY beyond trying to BUILD muscles :) ), but even if I wanted to build muscle mass, just adjusting the amount of weights used (and I'm sure my diet) would do that. Love this program; keep it up!!

"Trophy fits my needs better than any gym I have belonged to. I think the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the trainers are excellent. The ownership/management is constantly looking to upgrade and provide the latest in exercise equipment and technique. I also enjoy the clientele which consists of a wide range of age groups and exercise regiment. I think this is the best workout/exercise value in Dallas."

"I have been actively exercising for over 20 years and have been a member of various gyms. Trophy Fitness Club is by far the best one. I frequent the club at least 4 5 times a week and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is helpful and friendly, the locker rooms are always clean and I never have to wait to use any equipment. In addition, I have a personal trainer that looks out for my best interests and customizes workouts for me. Because of him, I am in the best shape of my life."

The Barre class and Female Factor class are great! The instructor (Vicki) took extra time with us and I could tell she was really watching everyone to make sure they were getting the best workout! I really appreciate that. I really like how she teaches and that she cares about her clients. Vicki inspires me and her classes make me want to exercise and give me energy. I've never felt better about going to the gym. I just know I want to keep up the pace...and perhaps pick up the pace by going to more classes during the week. The other gym where I am a member has classes too, but I like yours best. I started to go to one for body pump then turned away and waited for your class.
