Don't be intimidated if you e never done TRX! It's easy to get the hang of and the instructors offer modifications for all levels.

All instructors are great but take any of Medwin's classes if you're serious about a kick ass workout.
Mike and Diana are the best instructors there. Mike has the best detailed direction, energy and music while Diana is fun and great direction. Bring ice cold water. You'll need it.
Best Core Workout in San Francisco. All the instructors are great but if you can get into Nicole's or Dan's classes they are master instructors :) 자세히 보기
Get a ballet dancer's body without the ballet. Try it at least 3 times. You will learn all the secrets of your weaknesses.
Charles and Jamel teach the best Cardio classes. TRX is hard work but totally fun!
