RANDY SCOTT2월 11, 2016This is NOT a gym for fighters. I found that out asap and I LOVE it! Cardio equip, weights, octagon, boxing bags, TRX, functional equip, indoor turf. This place rocks.
Never boring. The workouts are fun & keep you wanting more! Awesome crew! Very positive,fun environment. So happy I joined!
Friendly staff. Keeps you motivated. Nice facility, and equipment.

Liz Currier1월 30, 2016Not a tradition gym... Which is good for ppl training to fight but they lack normal equipment (which can still work for fighters). Mostly have heavy bags and a ring, some weight training equipment
