3/ The second time I came late at 11:14 pm and I was told that they can't let me enter, as they are closed, whereas the place is full of people! I explained to the staff that I came only to try....
Such a shame that Urth hire people like Harry/dth to serve people with impolite attitude, he is repeating evth &say r u sure? When I modify my order as usual, he refuse to write it down!يسلك ويضحك
Mohammed6월 3, 2017I Simply had the worst experience ever. I waited for more than 45 mins to get my black coffee. We had pecan pie,3 layers cheesecake and earl grey tiramisu for desert and all of them were below average- 1/ What the hell?! Customers are treated with inferior sense from staff and management!!! I came here twice and never was able to access the place!
Voila! The general manager is a plus here! He is really good. Go for iced Spanish latte, Millfillue, chocolate cake -the one with powder on top- 😍👌🏼- 5/ I requested the manager, and he surprised me by saying that he is!!! What the hell is that? Experiencing this rudeness twice is a clear case of mismanagement of customer experience!
