A "White-Out" at Penn State is a sight to see. The student section is one of the best in college football and can intimidate even the toughest opponents into a few false starts.
No food or drinks allowed. Definitely no bags. Believe it or not ppl who sell tickets got reasonable price, we also got them from the tickets window n sat next to each other. Fun atmosphere
