What a great concept! Skip the lacking dumplings. Get the Siracha chicken open bun. The kung pao bao and Mongolian beef bao was not bad. Get the ginger ale! 4/5

Eat your bao's with chilly oil. The first time you ask, they'll give you chilly paste, ask again and they understand what you're asking for. Edamame bao's are pure vegetarian, no fish sauce!!
