I love the complex, but certain members of the office seem like they'd be more comfortable on a pole than behind a desk. I had so many issues on move in, it almost wasn't worth it.

Not qute in the heart of tempe, rent is pretty high, maintenance issues slow too fix. Front gate was broken for months. No access to office on weekends including laundry card refil. If you are busy, m
