    The balcony view is very disappointing. It costs extra for a spectacular view of a palm tree smack dab in your face. FAIL!

    Over-stimulating and underwhelming. There's a big difference in quality from the comparably-priced Disney Hotels. Makes sense ONLY if you're attending a conference or using Starwood SPG points.

    Room service is not terribly reliable - hour and a half, 3 calls and a trip to the reception to get the water bottles they forgot to replenish.
