- Awesome gym but the "adults only" outdoor pool is a little too Jersey Shore on the weekends. Go early or try the lap pool to stay away from the idiots
- Jump Core with Tonya - 30 minute, high-intensity, plyometric workout to blaring house music. Best class by far!
- Spin with Jeffrey Mac... Awesome!! He's the best! Also Boxing bootcamp and jumpcore are great workouts!!!
- Jumpcore will get you fit for the summer....30min of high intensity cardio goodness :)
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early for Body Pump - it fills up fast!
- the steam room in the men's locker room is just right....#relaxation
- Ladies, don't skip out on the locker room in the main bldg - ice cold fruit flavored water everyday.
- Remember that the steam rooms in the lockers are hotter than the one by the pool.
