Jessica Cameron7월 26, 2018If you book thru a third party they use that as an excuse to give you less than par service. Families are screwed for space in the fridge and the ability to microwave something in their own room.
Francois Godin7월 30, 2014Had a reservation for 5 (2 & 3 kids) & got a bedroom with 2 queen beds. Impossible to get 1 bed more nor a kingsize bedroom. No solution proposed at the desk. No other way than sleep on the floor.

John Jones9월 2, 2012I was informed by a guy at the desk that the floors below the 4th are "less renovated." We stayed on one of those floors, and they are not 3.5-star quality.
Two out of three times I've stayed here the fire alarms have gone off and the hotel was evacuated. Maybe I'm a jinx?
