- Lester Amara11월 9, 2018Yes, Zapata's does serve good Tex-Mex, and in addition is a great dive bar to shake a leg! Great place for Shisha, margaritas and pinacoladas. Open till 2.30 am on weekdays and 5 am on weekends.

Awesome outdoor seating, good food and drinks. They should focus on service instead of creating foursquare specials though. Around 15 min to get the menu and place order, and 15 min to get it...

Zapata's is unique for a few reasons. The foremost is the good mix of Chinese and foreigners being able to interact indoors as well as a nice outdoor area. Second is the famous bar top dancing.
Ian7월 12, 2012Loads of different people here. Young and old. Anything goes, relaxed atmosphere. Good for a night out with mates and getting silly. Don't take yourself too seriously! Its meant to be a laugh.
Be careful when they serve free tequila coz someone can be so cheap to get it , jump on your feet and smash it just for free tequila . Sorry to say but all of those are foreigners ..

the wednesday ladie's night is the original one in SH. but very weird fulled with latin old ppl...but the mex-tex is good at daytime.

If you can snag a table outside on a quiet night drinks are 20rmb cheaper than at neighboring Sasha's.
