Every detail of this hotel is immaculate, stylish and elegantly designed. Spectacular views and food up in the top floor restaurant.
Forget the vomit-inducing Ozone bar on 118/F and grab a window seat in the lobby lounge on 102/F. You trade the 16 less floors for good service, comfort, elegance and a live singer.

if u've got the contacts, then this is a must. 3floors of pure opulence, Shanghai-style, hidden within the old Bank of China building. Incredible food, but I enjoyed it even more for "all you can art"
Grab afternoon tea here if the hordes of tourists get too much at the Peninsula opposite & want a great view of the harbour. Suggest getting there later on in the afternoon to enjoy dusk and iconic HK

Drinks at the back alley speakeasy are pretty good and it's a very cool space. Check it out.
The cocktails are pretty bad and it is inordinately packed on weekends but the space is so brilliant that it's well worth checking out. Just book ahead.
