Apotheke claims they know their cocktails but when asked to make a pink gin, they laughed. Perhaps the bartenders need to go to Amor y Amargo or even The Shanty, where they have pink gin on tap.

Insanely great cocktails in a unique setting. Beware dress code: No sneakers. Street looks creepy outside but fabulous inside.

The environment is attractive and the menu is filled with innovative drink descriptions. The issue with Apotheke is in the execution. Manhattan has a lot of bars that do it better for less $$$.

The dolce vita is amazing but it is $18 so come prepared to spend more, but the cocktails are unbelievable!

Was not allowed in because I had on sneakers (even though my boyfriend with Tom's was fine). Later, the bouncer wasn't by the door and I was able to get in. Glad I did be cause it was a great time!
