J M11월 8, 2017Long wait, okay-ish food—there are a lot of better restaurants in the area to check out 🌮 So specifics: Taking lengua off the menu, al pastor was dry, side of pickles was weird, and waited an hour.

Barrio Chino is a neighborhood gem. Excellent food, great drinks. A little bit of DF on the LES.

Get the black bean dip. Get any of the tacos. Order the Top Shelf grapefruit. Enjoy one of the best places on earth.
Hands down the best margs in the city. Jalapeño and lime, tamarind, or habanero if you're feeling saucy. Do it.

Margaritas are incredible here. The jalapeño tequila is extremely hot. If you can't handle it, try half jalapeño/ half regular
Molletes are the best of the lunch menu only items. Pescado tacos are unfuckwitable. Get here early or you're gonna wait. Habanero Margarita = spiciest
