The front entry is so glamorous. Marble with such a detailed ceiling... I read the history of this hotel and it is pretty great. Check out its Wilkipedia page.
On the special menu, there is French toast stuffed with fruit. Bananas, strawberries and blackberries. It is phenomenal.
This is, hands down, the best juice/smoothie place in Rochester. The staff is so knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Everything is vegan, local, fresh and raw. Make sure you try one of the raw treats!
The Veggie Burger is excellent, and I love the child size chocolate shake for a small treat!
The executive lounge is really nice. Different food each day, and snacks all mid-day.

You can get a complete workout in the gym. The free weights go pretty high. On EST time? At 5a, the gym is empty.
I will always have a special place in my heart for their coffee bout I can't drink here anymore because they have no non milk alternatives!
