Gregory Palmer2월 20, 2016Good location for any business trip with clients mid town. Rehab in progress but amazing when complete. Try Butter Bar you won't be disappointed. Though the Vanilla Porter is SCREAMINGLY Vanilla.

The staff here in this beautiful hotel are amazing. They do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. From best vantage point to take pictures to best restaurants, they helped. Really great place to stay : nearby time square, shops on 5th. Very kind staff that makes everything possible for you to have a nice stay.Very good beds but Breakfast not that good and quite expensive

The staff is amazing and the accommodations are cozy. You get to see/hear the craziness happening in the city from your window.

The best staff ever: Roger, Eric and all the team. By far the best hotel in New York.. Very clean, great people, amazing bed..
