This is an awesome fitness centre. I am a regular every visit to this part of Florida. I highly recommend.

Healthy100 Institute10월 2, 2012Currently, there is a new parking garage being built to accommodate more cars. In the meantime, there is FREE valet parking! What other Fitness Centre and Day Spa offers that? :)
If you have difficulty finding the fitness centre upon entering the building, it is the place that looks like a Macaroni Grill. Ironic.
- The parking situation here is ridiculous. After driving around the parking lot for 10 minutes today I gave up and went back home. If you can run, jog, or walk here you are better off. That's my plan.

Many corporate discounts available for memberships - including Disney and Universal.
Zumba classes starting this friday @ 4: 30 yup now thats some good stuff
