Here in July 2018! Great staff! The location is a 10 minute walk from Grand Central Station. Right off 5th ave, you are right where the city divides between east and west side. Will stay here again!

Nothing to complain about. Great service, polite and easygoing, awesome location, really clean, modern rooms, the WiFi works fine, decent workout center, secure, good room size, fast elevators, etc.

Here in July 2018. Stayed in a room with king and sofa bed. Spacious room and bathroom by NYC standards. Our room location rocked because there was NO street noise at all! So nice and quiet!

A pricy place but if you're looking for a place close to Times Square or the theater district this is a good choice. They are helpful there and it's a clean place. Ask for a fridge in your room!

The road noise outside of my room kept me up through the night. Honking horns, road noise, dumpsters... I was on the 15 floor and heard all of it. They need to upgrade to some sound proof windows.

The 24-hour business center is clutch. Free printing and free coffee/tea at all hours! Also can you beat the location?

$360 por noche pero te lo economisas por que esta super centrico y puedes caminar por la 5ta ave.. Comodo, buena cortesia, seguro

Convenient location but needs a serious upgrade. No bar or food. The service wasn't very good. Asked twice for a few items(luggage rack/xtr towels)and never received them. Most staff very very nice.

For the money youre better off staying at the Residence Inn just a block away. The rooms are twice the size and they have free breakfast!

Nothing special, good location and clean. Staff moves quickly for guest requests.

Breakfast is very light but the fruit cup is real fruit and juices are smoothies.

1. My room is large. 2. Elevator situation seems continuously sketchy 3. Convenient 4. Polite staff 5. Why doesn't Salmon River serve fries 5. Hot shower 6. Comfy bed 7. Could care less about wifi

Extremely unprofessional staff booked room with Marriott Rewards points and was confirmed. Checked in and on 2nd day was locked out of room bc said points couldn't be used

Yup. It's a NYC hotel. Small rooms, expensive (although more reasonable than many area hotels), and close to a subway.
