    Excellent gym. Clean, great ac, plenty of weights, machines and treadmills. Expensive day passes for non-members ($25). Charm your way to a much better week pass ($35).

    Go after 8AM or 8PM to beat the crowds. When there are not classes going on you can use the class room to do your workout

    7 am sunrise salutations is one of the best hour yoga classes you'll find in the city--Amrit is one of the most incredible, mindful, and happy teachers around. Beware--this is not for beginners!

    Lots of bros and it makes sense when the DJ comes on. Overall good layout - that said the stretching area is small so you may need to get creative or stretch at home.

    This is one of the nicer Crunches I've been at in the city. The men's locker rooms are smaller but definitely more corporate feeling and less like a high school locker room.

    Interested in taking a spin class set to the tunes of The Police, Phil Collins, etc.? Take Taj's 6:45pm class on Tuesdays. Simply the best!

    so they change the Spin Bikes AFTER I switch gyms???!!! Still a good gym. Definitely come here for great teachers and great classes.

    There are a lot more classes here than at the Crunch on Greenwich/Christopher (Archives Building). The class hours are better, too.
