    The corned beef/brisket combo is amazing. Also, the fries were perfectly done - crispy on the outside, NOT mushy on the inside. And the fellow at the counter was as niceas could be.

    Pastrami is lean, on the dryer side, but really nicely spiced. A solid pastrami sandwich! Pickles are great too.

    Non-negotiable: you have gravy with your brisket sandwich. Also the pastrami is insanely juicy and delicious. I’ll never go back to Katz’s.

    Brisket droll is a thing and it happens both before and after you eat some of the best brisket. They provided the brisket, me the droll! Worth it!!!!

    I went here one time a year and a half ago and I wasn't that impressed. Walking in today has totally changed my mind, they fixed the place up a bit. The pastrami was amazing!

    The prices have jumped up ($12 for a regular), and there's no longer a small option. The pastrami is still killer, though.

    Only in NY. A Muslim-run Jewish deli. GOOD pastrami and their Brooklyn Cheesesteak is made with brisket. A Bed-Stuy gem.

    The Pastrami on Rye is da bomb. Try also the brisket and or the corned beef on rye with mustard. They also never ever disappoint.
