Anna Santiago12월 13, 2016I wish there were more dishes that celebrated the vegetable instead of the mock meat. We were adventurous and got the steak tartar, escargot and the salmon terrine thing, which was very fish like.

As a non-vegan/vegetarian, I would prefer to eat vegetable forward dishes at a vegan restaurant, as opposed to fake meat dishes. There were very few dishes that were not “meat” centric on the menu.
Can’t recommend the Tournaro Roussini (impossible burger + “fois gras”) enough.
