Ally Nicole2월 3, 2016We had a GREAT view. The staff is amazing, if we ever needed anything they were right on it. Very clean. However, Gingers the restaurant, was a disappointment.
Aaron Pelster10월 27, 2014Very nice, friendly staff, and awesome location. Rooms were clean and sufficient. It's nice that all rooms have roll away beds. We slept four people to our room no problem.
Amazing Hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly! Don't be shy to ask for the amazing warm cookies every day during your stay! Rooms are very well cleaned and the location is priceless! Perfect hotel
K. William Hickey10월 27, 2011I had some friends come into town and they had heard the stories about the "mini" hotel rooms that New York City is known for. Not wanting to splurge for a suite at The Marriott they stayed here.NICE!
CARELINE is so helpful. If you forget any toiletries, they have you covered. I called for a sewing kit to fix a button on my shirt, and they gave me 2 kits enough to fix any of my future buttons.

Melly11월 7, 2015They gave us free cookies everyday! Friendly staff! Very noisy hotel though. Writing this at 4:10 am & the sounds from outside are keeping me awake. Being a diamond member means nothing at all Hiltons
Upper floors have the best views. Especially rooms ending in 01, 02, 03!
MAMMA MIA!1월 21, 2012Since you're so close to the Winter Garden Theatre (50th & Broadway), catch a performance of MAMMA MIA, now 11 years on Broadway. For best availability, try a 2pm Saturday or Sunday matinee.
Very nice rooms,front desk and maid staff very nice.....no free wifi and breakfast prices are a joke

Diana Wolynski11월 29, 2016Horrible hotel! The staff was lazy, rude and not willing to help. Changed the suite once for different reasons. All public areas dirty and messy. Not coming back EVER.Think it twice when booking it.
- Well arranged rooms and fantastic staff. We were comped wifi - thankfully, I mean, who still charges for wifi? And skip breakfast- way WAY too pricey for the quality.

The Internet in the rooms is only wifi, if you prefer to connect a wired connection ask the Front Desk staff for a wireless bridge. Plug and play!

Would never stay here again...watch out for the hidden valet fee of 110$ if you check out early or late...
Staff is great here and don't be shy to ask for more of those yummy Doubletree cookies!!!
