- Karen Burke3월 12, 2019I love this Hotel! Right in the heart of downtown near Sundance square. Cozy rooms and a Starbucks in the lobby as well as Thai Tina's. I love their passion flower orange juice with breakfast.

James Gilmer10월 24, 2013I am at the Embassy Suites in Fort Worth and I have had my stays at hotels, but the woman ( Darby) who checked me in was the best I ever experiences. She was nice and took care of everything.

Go to the social at 5:30, free drinks and snacks. Staff here is very friendly and nice clean rooms.

Hez L6월 16, 2013Awesome staff! Great breakfast, amenities and location. Definitely going to stay here again.- Loved this hotel, except we never received housekeeping service! We left for hours at a time to return to a messy room. Very frustrating. Valets are great but seem understaffed at busy times.
Highly recommend the rooms with the conference table. Excellent customer service, but don't ask the valets for directions.

Bring your own drinking water as water tastes like seafood/fish/gross. That includes the ice.
