There is a very cool whispering hall just south of the famous main room with the ceiling mural. If you exit that main area on the southeast side and make a right, a right, go down a hall, it's there- This is a great meeting place. Centrally located in NYC's midtown, most natives will meet at the "info booth"in the middle of the main lobby, where the four-faced opal clock sits on top.
If you’re a citibike rider, there is the main bike dock with tons of bikes available at the south end of the terminal, or if you’re planning on taking the bike west or north, there’s the 44th st dock.
Grand Central Terminal is the quintessential New York City's train station shown in many movies and tv shows with its interior grand central plaza surrounded by grand staircases and platform entrances

If your train track has 2 digits its on the upper level. If it has triple digits train is on the lower level. Higher track #s on the West Side of the Terminal...(Rite Aid Train Museum Side)

I highly recommend the Audio Tour which is only $5 or included with most city passes. It does a great job of explaining everything around the terminal (and why it's not a station)

Almost didn't want to check in to my little midtown Oasis. Great spot for lunch or just to sit and unwind and in the sun. Come after 2pm and you should have no problem nabbing a table.좋아요 - 3주 전

Always get breakfast at Grand Central Market. The service is glacial and the staff are far from friendly, but for a grab and go egg sandwich and iced tea for the trip it's the way to go.좋아요 - 3주 전
