Enjoyed Sunday brunch so much we returned later in the week for what I believe was a perfect dining experience. They're small so call for a reservation. Parking lot out back. And don't be in a hurry.

Smaller, cleaner, quieter. You almost would not know you were in a Winn-Dixie. Worth driving the extra mile for.
With not many choices this far north it's comforting to have a safe bet like G. Peppers near by. Nothing too fancy, but the food is good, well priced and generous portions.
The TropiChop bowls are always satisfying, but you may want to get additional beans.
Found more than respectable beer selection. Had a really fine Cuban sandwich. Liked the vibe. Feel it's a safe bet worth the drive.

A unique dining and beverage experience with a menu offering appetizers and entrees for everyone ranging from mainstay (steak) to imaginative. Outdoor dining worth considering. Yeah, I'd go back.
Each of the Vietnamese restaurants along Waters Ave (there are about 5) have different personalities and menus. Thinh An Kitchen & Tofu is probably the most ambitious of the lot and well worth trying.
Great location, obviously convenient hours, nice menu, competent bar, reasonably priced, welcoming ambiance. They may need to tinker with their menu for a while longer, but this is a safe bet.
It probably won't be the best barbecue you've ever had, but Jimbo's is lovable just the same. Attracts a big lunch crowd. The servers are pleasant and pretty attentive. Watch for BOGO coupons.
With or without the fisherman, a pleasant place to sit on the water and meditate.
An institution for good reason: the venue. Servers work hard, food and drinks are OK, live entertainment on weekends can be fun, cash only. But if the weather is nice, that's really why you're here.
This is unquestionably where to go to find the knowledge, food and accessories you need to attract and enjoy wild birds to your back yard. Watch for coupons and sales to make it a little less painful!
Truly a "next great step" for Tampa. Lots of creative food choices, not cheap, but there are some well-priced exceptions. Lots of different spaces to find what suits you best. Free wifi.
