Gregory Wilson: Nothing less than a shrine to smoked fish. Simple fare, rustic setting, and NOT a seafood restaurant. Smoked fish spread a must (take home)!
Gregory Wilson: There are three public beaches on St. Pete Beach. This is the one few people know about. It's largely dredged, but may be your best choice.
Gregory Wilson: Legendary character, fun menu, caring staff, small but mighty rotating taps. Gulfport is blessed with some fine institutions. This is one.
Gregory Wilson: Lot of character here, but rarely many people. Bar is classy, restaurant white table cloth service with a menu that could use some work.
Gregory Wilson: Food was very good. More menu choices than the nearby rock star Vietnamese restaurant, which I also like. Portions were generous. Smaller and quieter. Worth trying. As bonus, next to good Viet grocer.
Gregory Wilson: Willy's fills a real niche for locals with big portions, good prices and daily or late-night specials. You wouldn't come here for sunset or live music, but otherwise it may be the pick of the 'hood!
Gregory Wilson: Of the three notable produce stands in the area, Graham's has really emerged in recent weeks as the best. Though I like the others, if I only have time for one, this is it.
