Seasonal cocktails are incredible here. Order pumpkin drinks during fall and gnome water if you love gin. Mac n cheese and oysters are legit as well.

Great fresh oyster selection, happy hour with half price specials, and delicious fresh seafood! Hanks is a DC institution.

Great cocktail menu. Get the "Virginia is for lovers." One of the best if not the best cocktail I've ever had in DC.

Besides having great food and oysters, this restaurant is superbly designed, light and airy, just as if you were at Watch Hill or Chatham!

It was alright. The shrimp po boy was good. But the lobster roll seem to be like the sea food salad you get at subway. The Bok Choy and mac and cheese was very good.

We had a great dining experience, but truly...the best part of the experience was the totally, awesome Hostess - Jackie! Hopefully she will be working when you are there!!!

The check comes with a nice bowl of chocolate and the oysters come with a bowl of goldfish!

Oysters were great except they refuse to give us the HH price even though we made it before 7pm.. Just keep in mind at 6:50 they stop giving HH. Boo 😩

Most "feast or famine" service I've had. In five visits, three were the best for under $100/plate I've had in DC. Two were among the worst. Food is always great. Hank's, get rid of the JV squad...
