    Avoid their new self-service express option unless NO ONE is in line. Their new process makes TSA look like an express lane.

    Budget for at least an hour - kiosk's dont work, long line to rent and then guess what - no cars. So your wait can potentially be infinite.

    Worst. Hellish. Employees cannot locate a reserved car, don't know the wait time, give you a different car for more money and have a "not my business" attitude. Ruined my first impression of LA

    Wow - avoid if at all possible. Usual go to of Enterprise was sold out so had to come here. Will not be back. Lines absurdly long and self check-in kiosks are a joke.

    Don't want to wait when returning your car? Just tell them to email you the receipt and walk away.

    Don't use the phone kiosks - terrible experience. Even a long line at the counter will be faster.

    Well, you should only rent from this location if you'd like to wait for your car for 45 mins with an attitude from staff.

    Anywhere but hertz! The line is atrocious! 26 stations 7 agents staff milling around at least 20 people ahead of us. Awful.

    Worst place ever to get a rental car. Took 2 hrs to stand In line to get a car from a kiosk. Pissed everyone off I'll never use again. Awful service. Stay far far away!!

    WORST customer service I've ever had anywhere! coming from an employee who states this is the busiest location..but lets only schedule 3 employees!

    Long wait times, incompetent service. Told me over phone they had cars, got there and they said reservations only, sorry. Called, reserved, and waited in line again. Totally useless.

    If dropping off, leave lots of extra time for the shuttle to the terminal. I've never seen a more crowded drop-off scene than LAX.

    Terrible understaffed service. Left after waiting for 70 minutes just to talk to a rep on one of their electronic kiosks. Avoid at all costs!

    Horrible customer service!!! Be prepared to wait an hour in line with no compensation or regard for your time. Not to mention a $200 hold. Go Enterprise.
