I created my own custom roll -- shrimp, rice and fresh fruit in a soy wrap...next time I might try adding cream cheese and tempura crunchies.

If you don't like the saltiness of a traditional seaweed wrap, try the soy wrap...it doesn't compete with the other flavors in your roll.

Actual sushi does not exist here but if you want to fool your brain and satiate a craving it at least looks like sushi.
