There is a computer desk with multiple power outlets by gate 96. By gate 98 there is a wall socket conveniently located by some seats which also is easy to use.
Free wi-fi and plenty of charging stations for laptops at the gate. Not many breakfast choices early morning past security, eat in the main terminal.
For the true Star Ferry experience travel on the lower section and sit next to the engine room!
Get out of Admiralty instead of Wanchai if you're planning to go to the HKCEC area. At about roughly the same walking distance, it saves you having to wait and change trains, not to mention the excess
Bad idea to use the Wi-Fi near exit B (Southorn Playground) stairway from inside… bad reception no matter what. Use only near entry gates.

There are three concourses, which non-paid areas not connected to each other. Check the signs before you exit!
If u want to get bk to HK island, forget about the MTR, take the cross tunnel bus - more fun actually
If your destination is Shinjuku, ride the Odakyū line from Yoyogi-Hachiman for ¥120. Tokyo Metro from here is ¥160, and you have to transfer twice.
