For the antipodean coffee fans (or the curious): ask for an off-the-menu Flat White - a fair number of the baristas can make them.
This place is all about the uber-baristas, so stick with lattes & cappuccinos. Skip the ice coffee (which is often bitter and full of grinds) and the house coffee.
