The cold brew is an espresso roast from Verve called Sermon. It delivers a strong mouth with a moderately deep and course body. The sting is mostly gone from cold brewing, but still earthy/bitter.
The new cold brew is a mix of the Mexico, Yirgacheffe, Congo and Sumatra beans. Wow. The profile shifts from light bright mouth of blackberry with a full body of pear and spicy peanuts.
Scottsdale's Passport Coffee was featured today. The Tuscany beans are a dark Italian roasted beans. The mouth is a deep, sweet dark chocolate and the clean body is earthy.
