    The food was alright and the service was absolutely terrible, I would never eat here again the horrible service doesn't warrant the quality of food.

    I feel like the only person in Washington who doesn't like this place. I can't have dairy, and all I could have here was stale nachos and a cocktail. Cafe feels completely removed from the books.
