- Rebecca Chadwick2월 22, 2015Great ice skating rink! Not too busy on the weekends. Stay in Brooklyn and don't make the trek all the way into Manhattan for skating. Two admission tickets plus skate rentals were under $30.
- Ronni11월 17, 2015The admission ticket booth is behind the skate rental place, don't accidentally stand on line for skates before getting tickets. You'll need to get a locker for your shoes. Lovely rink though :)
- Dominique Hernandez1월 19, 2014The rinks themselves are beautiful and fun - it's so nice to have 2. Need improvements in administration - waited about an hour for tickets on a Sunday and 30 mins for two hot chocolates and fries.
- Eli Grimes12월 2, 2013Skating rentals and concessions will will be open on Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday and Saturday between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m., and Sunday 9 a.m. to p.m.
- Look for stick and puck sessions. Best place to get some hockey time in throughout NYC, and it's outdoors.
- Joshua Maw6월 13, 2023Ice skating in the winter, sprinklers/fountains and roller skating in the summer. Great place to hang out. Cafe is quite expensive
- Marc Mayer8월 27, 2015Watching people fall while skating is almost as fun as actually falling while skating. Check it out!
- FYI: The largest skate size they have for men is size 13! I'm a 14 sneaker and was able to cram my foot into the 13 rental but it was pretty tight.
- Tracy Balzano1월 13, 2014Bring your own hot chocolate. The cafe was making them one at a time. We waited 45 minutes. The other snack counter RAN OUT, yes, of hot chocolate. We got there at 10:30 though so no wait for the ice.
- Splash Pad (what the ice skating is in the summer months) is a great spot for little kids to cool off.
- Eli Grimes12월 2, 2013After the holiday week, when the café will be open daily through Jan. 1, its standard will be Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Whining staff gets old: why did you take this job if you "want to go home" because you don't like the cold? Walkie talkie guy sucks but rinks themselves are great!
- Eli Grimes12월 2, 2013Seasonal sports will include ice skating and ice hockey (November through March), Roller skating (April through October) and water play for children and families (May through September).
- Joy Mielke12월 3, 2014My daughter had a great time at a birthday party that was hosted here last winter. Hope to give her some iceskating lessons this year.
- I'm so happy this opened. Another great section of Prospect Park. The restaurants not bad, either.
- Ray Rodriguez1월 15, 2014Hey the season pass. Let's you get in front of the line. Your own skates get you on the ice even faster.
- Brad Klein1월 20, 2017Skating was cool but be warned, no storage (even of shoes) included. $3 (small) locker rental for 3h. Wasnt too crowded on a Jan Friday afternoon
- roller skating rink often slim crowds. Nice breeze under the roof when skating
- Mark Kizelshteyn12월 21, 2013Skate area is nicely done. On opening night, the skaters were aggressive and announcements that it's not a speed skating ring were repeated, but it did not stop folks from being disrespectful.
- Dan Kawasaki1월 5, 2016The center is beautiful but the ticket and food lines are ridiculously sloooooow.
- Rhudi Elizabeth Eagle9월 23, 2019Overdevelop trash community being threatened aesthetically ugly buildings The blocks need more trees grass flowers people are trashing the area
- Dori Fern4월 21, 2014Check in while you're at the cashier or they won't honor it. That's some BS @LakesideBrooklyn
- Matt Heindl1월 5, 2014Took us 45 minutes to get tickets at 11:30 on Sunday morning. There were literally 12 transactions ahead of us in the one ticket window that was open. Bad.
