Rebecca Chadwick2월 22, 2015Great ice skating rink! Not too busy on the weekends. Stay in Brooklyn and don't make the trek all the way into Manhattan for skating. Two admission tickets plus skate rentals were under $30.
Ronni11월 17, 2015The admission ticket booth is behind the skate rental place, don't accidentally stand on line for skates before getting tickets. You'll need to get a locker for your shoes. Lovely rink though :)

Eli Grimes12월 2, 2013Skating rentals and concessions will will be open on Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday and Saturday between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m., and Sunday 9 a.m. to p.m.
Look for stick and puck sessions. Best place to get some hockey time in throughout NYC, and it's outdoors.

FYI: The largest skate size they have for men is size 13! I'm a 14 sneaker and was able to cram my foot into the 13 rental but it was pretty tight.
Tracy Balzano1월 13, 2014Bring your own hot chocolate. The cafe was making them one at a time. We waited 45 minutes. The other snack counter RAN OUT, yes, of hot chocolate. We got there at 10:30 though so no wait for the ice.
Splash Pad (what the ice skating is in the summer months) is a great spot for little kids to cool off.- Eli Grimes12월 2, 2013After the holiday week, when the café will be open daily through Jan. 1, its standard will be Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Whining staff gets old: why did you take this job if you "want to go home" because you don't like the cold? Walkie talkie guy sucks but rinks themselves are great!

I'm so happy this opened. Another great section of Prospect Park. The restaurants not bad, either.
