Eater4월 16, 2013A bar that marries sexy to vintage typewriters in the Hearst Building with a stage for live music. The serious cocktails are also available with a noticeable lean towards mod era classics.
Low lit and often has live jazz music. The Eva Gardner was light and refreshing followed by the Pisco Sour inspired Rosemary Clooney. Finish with the dark spirited Local Edition.

Grace Yoon6월 26, 2016Great choice of cocktails. I tried Lieutenant Gov'nr, which was whiskey-based yet citrusy (w/ perf touch of cinnamon) and Sir John Watts. Great seating/standing area. Highly recommend
What's good here?? What a question! This is and underground 1930s newsstand themed lounge with LIVE music- not just music- a FULL band. I had an amazing beer and their 'barbarella' cocktail- amazing!

Chris Barclay10월 12, 2014A truly unique place. Jazz band in the background, old typewriters on the walls, and the slight feel of a strip club. Very elaborate drinks. I recommend giving it a go and enjoying yourself.

Great space underneath the city in the downtown. Great place for larger crowds. Good service, and pretty good cocktails
Awesome cocktails. Local Edition is great twist on Old Fashioned. Bartenders are nice. Live music even on Tuesdays. It’s not too loud to drown out conversations.

Yellow kid. So good I don't want to try anything else (although I have. YK is still the best.) Gin lemon dill syrup velvet falernum vya dry vermouth ginger beer. $11.

Gets extremely packed during the week right after work. There’s usually long, long lines at the bar. Nice vibe, despite busy-ness.

Kat 🐱3월 24, 2016If you like something citrusy and herbal, try the Yellow Kid! (Gin, lemon, dill syrup, velvet falernum, vya dry vermouth, ginger beer)- Cocktails. Try a Manhatten og rittenhouse Rye, or old fashioned on Four roses single barrel
- Great speakeasy vibe. Bartenders are super knowledgeable. Just ask them to fix you any drink with the local St. George gin!

Amazing cocktail drinks that are fun to watch while being made. On the pricier end, but worth it. Ava Gardner is 👌
Good cocktails and good vibes. A pricier after-work spot but still would meet friends there from time to time.- Good place to grab a drink after work. They're pricey & take a lot of time to make but they're good. Pisco sour is great
