The Monarch is bourbon, spiced black tea, cinnamon, and coconut syrup; it tastes like a booze-infused Thai iced tea. Quite tasty, but maybe not worth the slow service.

Truly overrated. Great drinks. But personnel are having more fun then the customers. Extremely arrogant bartenders. Probably worst service I’ve ever experienced

Was not impressed by service here. Had to wait while bartender talked to pretty gal about life aspirations and then he seemed annoyed that he had to serve us, kept talking to girl while serving us.
